上海市杨浦区医疗机构过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器使用状况调查

Low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizers utilized in medical institutions of Yangpu District, Shanghai

  • 摘要:
    目的了解上海市杨浦区医疗机构过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器的使用状况,及时发现存在的薄弱环节,提出改进措施,提高灭菌质量。
    方法对医疗机构中过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器使用部门的负责人进行现场访谈,并查询相关记录,同时采用管腔生物PCD(灭菌过程挑战装置)进行灭菌效果检测。
    结果杨浦区共有8家医疗机构配置了17台过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器,各家医疗机构均能按照灭菌器的使用说明书和操作流程正确操作。对所有灭菌器采用管腔生物PCD检测,灭菌效果均为合格。但在清洗、干燥、监测等方面仍然存在一些问题。
    结论过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌技术作为一种新的灭菌技术,需从产品、技术、制度、流程等方面不断完善细化,确保灭菌质量。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveTo investigate the use of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizers in medical institutions in Yangpu District of Shanghai, and to find out the weaknesses in time, proposing measures to improve the quality of sterilization.
    MethodsOn-site interviews were made with department chiefs and inquiries on their relevant records; and with these, lumen bio-PCD (process challenge device) was used to test the sterilization effect.
    ResultsThere were 17 low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizers equipped in 8 medical institutions in the district.Each unit could operate the sterilizer correctly according to the instructions and operation process of the sterilizer.All the sterilizers were biologically monitored by lumen bio-PCD (process challenge device), and the sterilization effects were all qualified.But there were still some problems in cleaning, drying and monitoring.
    ConclusionAs a new sterilization technology, low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilization technology needs the joint efforts of all parties to improve the product, technology, system, process, etc., updating the quality of sterilization.
