余姚市中学生暴力行为流行病学特征及相关因素分析

Violence of middle school students in Yuyao City:analysis on its epidemiological characteristics and related factors

    目的了解余姚市中学生暴力行为流行病学特征及相关因素,为更好地开展校园暴力干预工作提供依据。
    方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法抽取余姚市7所初、高中学校48个班级的1 916名学生进行问卷调查,问卷主要包含人口学信息、自我暴力、躯体暴力和网络暴力等内容。分别采用单因素、多因素条件logistic回归分析筛选暴力行为的关联因素。
    结果在调查前12个月内,有15.24%的学生发生了暴力行为,11.64%的学生发生至少1次打架行为。单因素分析显示,男生、城区、低年级、成绩在班中靠后的学生暴力、打架行为发生率明显高于女生、农村、高年级、成绩在班中优良的学生。多因素分析显示,男生、城区、初中及低年级学生是暴力、打架行为多发的相关因素,成绩在班级中优良则为保护性因素。
    结论青少年暴力普遍存在于校园是一个社会问题,男生、低年级学生、城区学生是暴力的高危人群,需要采取综合性的措施防制。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveTo investigate epidemiological characteristics and related factors of middle school students′ violence in Yuyao City, in order to provide a basis for better intervention of campus violence.
    MethodsBy stratified random cluster sampling were selected a total of 1 916 students from 7 schools, who were investigated with a questionnaire, covering demographic information, self violence, physical violence, cyber violence and others. Then, by means of simple and multiple conditional logistic regression were analyzed and screened related factors of violence.
    ResultsIn the 12 months before the survey, 15.24% students were reported to have violent behaviors, and 11.64% students had at least one fight. Single factor analysis showed that the incidence of violence in male students, urban and low grade students, and poor-mark students was obviously higher than that in female students, rural and senior students, and good-mark students. Multiple-factor analysis showed that being male students, living in urban areas, studying in low grades were multiple related factors for violence and fight behaviors. Having good marks in class proved to be a protection factor.
    ConclusionIt is a social problem that adolescent violence is prevalent on campus. Male students, low grade students and urban students are high risk groups of violence. It is necessary to take comprehensive measures to prevent and control violence on campus.
