肠道菌群及其代谢产物氧化三甲胺与冠心病相关性的研究进展

Advances in research of correlationship between gut microbiota and its metabolite TMAO and coronary artery disease

  • 摘要: 肠道菌群及其代谢产物与冠心病的发生发展有着密切的联系,其中氧化三甲胺(TMAO)与冠心病的关联已得到多个队列研究的证实,通过调控肠道菌群及其代谢产物来防治冠心病的发生发展已成为研究热点。该文主要对肠道菌群及其代谢产物的特点以及与冠心病的相关性研究展开综述。

     

    Abstract: Gut microbiota and its metabolites are closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary artery disease (CAD), and the association between TMAO(trimethy lamine-N-oxide) and CAD has been confirmed by multiple cohort studies.The prevention and treatment of CAD by regulating gut microbiota and its metabolites has become a research hot spot.This article mainly reviews the characteristics of gut microbiota and its metabolites and the research progress on the relationship between intestinal flora and coronary artery disease.
