社区蚊虫综合防治的效果分析

Effect analysis on comprehensive community mosquito control in Putuo District

    目的通过比较社区现场采用综合防制和单纯化学药物防制两种实验方法的蚊虫灭效差异, 研究有效降低社区蚊虫密度方法。
    方法通过全面清理蚊幼孳生地、投放灭蚊幼药物、开展灭蚊知识宣传等综合防制方法,观察是否有效降低蚊虫密度的效果;并与单纯化学药物防制(对照区)进行对比。
    结果开展综合防制的社区居民户积水容器阳性率为5.04%(对照区14.50%)(χ2=17.11,P < 0.01)、小区外环境积水阳性率为4.74%(对照区14.85%)(χ2=19.81,P < 0.01)、成蚊密度监测密度指数3.63(对照区5.92),均优于单纯使用化学药物防制的社区。人诱停落法监测、居民对灭蚊工作的满意度等各项指标也优于单纯使用化学药物防制的社区。
    结论通过综合防制可有效地降低蚊虫的密度,具有降低登革热等蚊媒传染病发生和流行的可能性。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveThis study was designed to compare efficacy between comprehensive mosquito control project and simple chemical control project to establish a program which could diminish the density of mosquito effectively.
    MethodsThe comprehensive mosquito control included clearing larval habitats, using larval insecticides scientifically, and disseminating knowledge of mosquito control, which could reduce mosquito density effectively in community.
    ResultsAfter the comprehensive mosquito control, the positive rate of household water containers in community which was 5.04% (control group was 14.50%)(χ2=17.11, P < 0.01), the positive rate of site outside was 4.74% (control group was 14.85%) (χ2=19.81, P < 0.01)and adult mosquito density monitoring index was 3.63(control group was 5.92), that were all lower than indexes in community after simple chemical control.In addition, the landing index and residents′ satisfaction with mosquito control project were better than simple chemical mosquito control program.
    ConclusionThe density of mosquito could be reduced effectively by comprehensive mosquito control program, thereby reducing the prevalence of mosquito-borne diseases, such as dengue fever, and epidemic incidence.
