Research on valence of OPV effect in Shanghai

Objective To provide reliable data for supplement and update of equipment of cold-chain system, through understanding the efficiency of OPV in each CDC and MTU that provides service of immunization. Methods 80 OPV were collected from service sites of immunization and CDC of each district or county in Shanghai.Valence of OPV were detected. Results Valence of OPV from all sampling sites was qualified. Conclusion The assessed OPV are of good quality.The cold-chain system for service of immunoprophylaxis in Shanghai is running well.
