Practice and exploration in developing health emergency system in Shanghai

  • 摘要: 本文回顾了上海市卫生应急体系的发展历程，总结分析了上海市卫生应急体系的运行模式和特点，列举了上海市在2003年SARS疫情以后参与的重大卫生应急行动，并结合当前面临的机遇和挑战，提出了未来发展的思路和对策。

     

    Abstract: This article reviews the establishment and development of Shanghai health emergency system.It not only introduces the characteristic and experience of the operation mode in this sector, but also lists the major health emergency measures that Shanghai City participated after the 2003 SARS outbreak.By analyzing the chances and challenges to Shanghai health emergency system, development proposals and priorities are put forward accordingly.
