上海市虹口区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性测定

Resistance of Musca domestica L. to commonly used insecticides measured in Hongkou District of Shanghai

    目的了解上海市虹口区2016年及2018年家蝇对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性水平。
    方法采用WHO推荐的点滴法测定虹口区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,利用DPS软件进行统计学分析。
    结果2016年虹口区家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯具有高抗性,抗性倍数分别为28.78、121.06;对敌敌畏也产生了低抗性,抗性倍数为4.30。2018年家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯仍保持着高抗性,抗性倍数为39.82;对氯菊酯产生了中抗性,抗性倍数为12.71;对甲基嘧啶磷产生了低抗性,抗性倍数为4.04。
    结论在虹口区家蝇化学防制方法中,建议停用或少用含有高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯成分的药剂,合理轮换使用甲基嘧啶磷等杀虫剂,延缓蝇类抗药性的产生。同时加强环境治理,综合防治蝇类。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveTo study the resistance of Musca domestica L. to insecticides in Hongkou District of Shanghai in 2016 and 2018.
    MethodsWHO recommended topical application method was used to determine the resistance levels of Musca domestica to insecticides in Hongkou District.The experimental data were statistically analyzed by DPS software.
    ResultsMusca domestica were found to have developed high resistance to β-cypermethrin, deltamethrin and low resistance to dichlorvos, the resistance ratios being 28.78, 121.06 and 4.30 folds respectively in 2016.Musca domestica had high resistance to β-cypermethrin, middle resistance to permethrin and low resistance to dichlorvos, the resistance ratios being 39.82, 12.71 and 4.04 folds respectively in 2018.
    ConclusionIn Hongkou District, it us suggested that β-cypermethrin, deltamethrin and permethrin should be suspended or used less, and insecticides should be rationally used, which might reduce the amount of insecticides used and delay the occurrence of drug resistance.Environmental management or physical control measures should be strengthened in these areas.
