肠道菌群与缺血性脑卒中相关性的研究进展

Research advances of the correlation between gut microbiota and ischemic stroke

  • 摘要: 随着“菌-肠-脑”轴研究的不断深入,缺血性脑卒中与肠道菌群的相关性引起了研究者的高度重视。该文将以“菌-肠-脑”轴作为理论基础,阐述肠道菌群对缺血性脑卒中发生、发展可能的影响机制。此外,以目前相关临床研究为主,着重描述临床脑卒中患者肠道菌群及菌群代谢产物短链脂肪酸与氧化三甲胺的特点。未来微生态临床干预和个体化菌群移植用于脑卒中预防和改善预后将成为可能。

     

    Abstract: With the deepening of studies on the "bacteria-gut-brain" axis, the correlation between ischemic stroke and gut microbiota is attracting great attention from researchers.Based on the "bacteria-gut-brain" axis, this paper expounds the possible mechanism of gut microbiota on the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.Besides, focusing on clinical studies, this review elaborates the gut microbiota and metabolites SCFAs and TMAO of patients with ischemic stroke, which is important for future microecological clinical intervention and individualized microflora transplantation for stroke prevention and prognosis improvement.
