上海市某社区居民秋冬季呼吸系统健康状况调查

Air pollution-related disease and symptoms occurring in autumn and winter in a community of Shanghai

    目的通过开展社区居民疾病和症状发生情况的调查,了解空气污染对社区居民的健康影响。
    方法采用整群随机抽样的方法对社区1 219名居民进行健康问卷调查。
    结果居民冬季各系统的患病率均高于秋季,呼吸系统发病率差异有统计学意义;冬季症状发生率大多高于秋季,咳嗽、咽部红肿、流涕、鼻塞和打喷嚏等症状差异存在统计学意义。
    结论空气质量的变化对居民呼吸系统健康有影响。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveTo make an investigation on the occurrence of disease and symptoms in community residents and to evaluate the air pollution′s effect on the health of the population.
    MethodsBy randomized cluster sampling method a total of 1 219 community residents was included for the investigation.
    ResultsIt was found that the morbidity (or prevalence) in winter was higher than that in autumn, and there was statistical difference found between the two season investigations; The symptoms occurring in winter were mostly more than those in autumn.In addition, the differences in cough, throat swelling, runny nose, nasal congestion and sneezing showed statistical significance between the two season investigations.
    ConclusionChanges in air quality in autumn and winter have impact on the respiratory system health of the population.
