Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish uncertainty evaluation for the determination of diallyl phthalate in jellies by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), thus obtaining accurate results.
MethodsA mathematical model was established and sources of uncertainty during the analysis process that might be introduced were analyzed and quantified. The expanded uncertainty was also calculated.
ResultsWhen the diallyl phthalate content in jellies was 0.941 2 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty of measurement results was 0.051 2 mg/kg(K=2, P=95%).
ConclusionIn this paper, the main sources of measurement uncertainty are methanol standard solution, standard curve fitting and sample preparation.
