Abstract: Health is the foundation of people's happiness and city development.In order to promote the construction of Healthy Shanghai, the Shanghai government has issued " Healthy Shanghai 2030" planning, pointing out the direction and and making clear the requirements for Healthy Shanghai in the next ten years.This paper interpretates the outline from three perspectives and points out that it is important to promote the concept transformation and integrate health into all policies.At the same time, a new strategy should be implemented to promote healthy living, optimize health services, improve health care, build a healthy environment, develop healthy industry and comprehensively promote the building of a healthy Shanghai.Furthermore, supportive capability should be improved, and the leading role of medical science and technology innovation on health enhanced.
