Abstract: Since Jilin Changchun Changsheng vaccine scandal came to light, societies and academic publicized and emphasized the important role of vaccination, calling for vaccination to be most effective and cost-effective public health measure for prevention of disease, hoping that people would be able to use quality guaranteed vaccine.Shanghai has a long history of vaccination and has achieved great results.Shanghai′s practice once again proves the fact that infectious diseases can be prevented and controlled through vaccination.
