2013—2017年复旦大学妇产科医院性病病例流行特征分析

Epidemiologic features of STIs in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from 2013 to 2017

    目的了解复旦大学附属妇产科医院2013年至2017年报告性病的流行特征。
    方法根据2013—2017年复旦大学附属妇产科医院报告的性病病例信息,进行描述性流行病学分析。
    结果2013—2017年报告性病以生殖道沙眼衣原体感染、梅毒、淋病和尖锐湿疣为主;梅毒以隐性梅毒和一期梅毒为主;25~49岁、家务及待业、商业服务及干部工人等职业以及本地居民在报告性病中占比相对较高。
    结论应充分重视性病防治工作,加强宣教,提高性病防治知识的知晓率和安全套的使用率,降低性病的感染率,保障社会公共健康安全。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveTo investigate epidemiologic features of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from 2013 to 2017.
    MethodsA descriptive epidemiological study was conducted to analyze STIs cases reported by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from 2013 to 2017.
    ResultsGenital chlamydia trachomatis, syphilis, and gonorrhea were found to be the main three STIs, and the latent and the first phases were mainly syphilis.Those aged between 25-49, doing housework or being unemployed, commercial service personnels, business carders and workers, and local residents were relatively higher in proportion.
    ConclusionMore attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of STIs and health education.The awareness rate of STIs prevention and the rate of condom use should be raised, reducing the infection rate of STIs and ensuring public health and safety.
