摘要:
目的探讨浙江省金华市儿童家长的预防接种信任度及其影响因素，为预防接种的管理和信任度提升策略的实施提供科学依据。
方法对辖区内1 865名儿童家长开展问卷调查，采用累积Logit回归模型分析预防接种信任度的影响因素。
结果96.41%儿童家长认为预防接种有必要，70.03%认为接种疫苗安全，93.51%愿意接种疫苗，儿童家长预防接种信任度为90.89%。信任度影响因素重要性排序依次为预防接种服务满意度、预防接种知识知晓水平、医务人员告知途径、年龄。
结论加强健康教育和健康促进，提升家长预防接种认知水平，同时改善日常预防接种服务质量，可有效提升家长预防接种信任度。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore parental confidence on immunization and its influential factors and provide scientific basis for immunization management and confidence enhancement strategy in Jinhua.
MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 865 parents in the district, and the cumulative Logit regression model was used to analyze the influential factors of parental confidence on immunization.
ResultsIt was found that 96.41% of the children′s parents believed immunization was necessary, 70.03% believed immunization was safe, 93.51% was willing to be vaccinated, and parental confidence on immunization was 90.89%.The sequence of influential factors of confidence was satisfaction of immunization services, cognitive level of immunization knowledge, immunization about route and age obtained through medical staff.
ConclusionBy strengthening health education and health promotion, improving the cognitive level of parents′ immunization knowledge and elevating the quality of daily immunization service, the parental confidence can be improved effectively in immunization.
