摘要: 过敏性休克属于严重、罕见的不良反应，如不及时处理，常可危及生命。新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称“新冠病毒”）疫苗为新上市疫苗，人们对其不良反应的关注度高。本文分析1例接种新冠病毒疫苗后发生过敏性休克案例的调查处置过程，为规范接种疫苗后过敏性休克的诊断处理提供参考。

Abstract: Anaphylactic shock is a serious and rare adverse reaction， which can be life-threatening if not treated in time. COVID-19 vaccine is a newly marketed vaccine， and people pay high attention to its adverse reactions. This report summarized the investigation and management process of a case of anaphylactic shock after inoculation with COVID-19 vaccine， in order to provide reference for standardizing the diagnosis and management of anaphylactic shock after vaccination.
