术前洗必泰头部消毒预防颅脑手术部位感染的效果观察

  • 摘要: 目的 了解术前葡萄糖洗必泰头部消毒对预防颅脑手术部位感染的效果。方法 采用随机临床对照试验方法,2%葡萄糖洗必泰术前头部消毒组(试验组)与未使用组(对照组)对比。结果 试验组手术部位感染率为0.83%,对照组为5.83%,差异有统计学意义2=3.23,P<0.10)。在住院天数、总费用、其他部位感染率和手术部位感染病死率上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 术前洗必泰头部消毒对预防颅脑手术部位感染效果显著。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of chlorhexidine gluconate in prevention of surgical site infection (SSI). Methods Randomized controlled clinical trial method was used in the study. Comparison was made in the rates of SSI between the experiment group using 2% chlorhexidine gluconate and the control group. Results The rate of SSI in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group (0.83% vs. 5.83%, χ2=3.23,P=0.035). Differences of hospital stay, total cost, infection in other sites and mortality rate of SSI were not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Preoperative head disinfection by chlorhexidine gluconate has remarkable effect in prevention of cerebral surgical site infection.
