南通市2007—2008年60岁以上老年人主要死因分析

Analysis on major causes of death in elderly population from 2007 to 2008 in Nantong City

  • 摘要: 目的 了解2007-2008年南通市60岁以上老年人主要死亡原因,为制定卫生政策和预防控制措施提供相关依据。方法 应用死亡率、老年保健效益指数(GEI)等指标分析2007-2008年南通市老年人死因资料。结果 南通市2007-2008年老年人平均死亡率为3 737.17/10万,男性死亡率高于女性。主要死因依次为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、消化系统疾病。年龄组分析显示,85岁~年龄组死亡率最高;60岁~、65岁~和70岁~三个年龄组中肿瘤死亡率最高;75岁~年龄组中循环系统疾病死亡率最高。全死因GEI男性为0.555、女性为0.611。呼吸系统的GEI最高。结论 循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病应作为本市老年人疾病预防与控制工作的重点。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the major causes of the elderly people (over 60 years), and provide effective preventive measures for elderly people. Methods Mortality and geriatrics effect index (GEI) are used in this paper to analyse the data on the causes of death ot the elderly people between 2007 and 2008. Results The total mortality of elderly people was 3427.85/105, and the death rate of men was higher than that of women.The main causes of death were circulatory system diseases, cancer, respiratory diseases, injuries and infection, digestive diseases and so on.The group of 85-year-olds had the highest death rate in all groups.The first cause of death in 60-, 65-, 70-year-old groups was cancer, and in 75-, 80-, 85-year-old groups was circulatory system diseases. Conclusion The disease prevention and controlling measures for elderly people should be focused on circulatory system diseases, cancer and respiratory diseases.
