对2型糖尿病患者实施门诊健康教育的效果分析

Evaluation of health education for type 2 diabetics in outpatient clinic

  • 摘要: 目的评价糖尿病门诊健康教育的临床效果。方法将在我院门诊接受治疗的120例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,干预组60例接受健康教育,对照组60例不接受健康教育,两组均接受原有的药物治疗。分别在干预实施前后检测患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)水平。结果干预实施前后,干预组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平分别为(8.0±1.4)mmol/L、(12.2±2.9)mmol/L、(7.5±1.5)%和(6.5±1.1)mmol/L、(8.3±2.2)mmol/L、(6.1±0.7)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TG、TC、HDL-C水平分别为(2.05±0.99)mmol/L、(5.44±1.04)mmol/L、(1.42±0.36)mmol/L和(1.39±0.63)mmol/L、(4.04±0.78)mmol/L、(1.94±1.01)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病门诊健康教育不但可以改善患者的血糖水平,而且可以降低患者的TC和TG水平,提高HDL-C水平。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate clinical effect of health education for diabetics in outpatient clinic. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes in our outpatient clinic were divided into 2 groups randomly:experiment and control. The experiment group had 60 patients that received health education, while the control group had 60 patients that did not. Both groups kept the same pharmacotherapy as prior to the education. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipid cholesterol (LDL-C), and high density lipid cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured before and after health education. Results In the experiment group, levels of FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c were (8.0±1.4) mmol/L, (12.2±2.9) mmol/L, (7.5±1.5)% and (6.5±1.1) mmol/L, (8.3±2.2) mmol/L, (6.1±0.7)% before and after health education respectively,which were different significantly(P<0.05). TG,TC,HDL-C were (2.05±0.99) mmol/L, (5.44±1.04) mmol/L, (1.42±0.36) mmol/L and (1.39±0.63) mmol/L, (4.04±0.78) mmol/L, (1.94±1.01) mmol/L,which were also different significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education in outpatient clinic can improve patients' plasma glucose level and blood lipid level.
