  • 摘要: 目的分析气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中四氢呋喃的不确定度,找出测定过程中的关键环节,保证实验室数据的准确性和可靠性。方法通过不确定度分析,找出产生不确定度的主要来源。结果四氢呋喃测定的扩展不确定度为5.4 mg/m3(k=2)。结论气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中四氢呋喃的过程中,采样体积、标准溶液配制、工作曲线绘制、重复性测定是影响结果可靠性的重要环节。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate uncertainty for determination of tetrahydrofuran in workplace air by Gas Chromatography(GC), identify the key factors in the determination process and ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory data. Methods The major source of uncertainty was identified by uncertainty analysis. Results The extended uncertainty for determination of tetrahydrofuran was 5.4 mg/m3 (k=2). Conclusion Sampling volume, dilution of standards, standard curve, and replicates are key factors for assuring reliability in the determination of tetrahydrofuran by GC.
