  • 摘要: 目的建立流动注射分光光度法测定水中挥发酚的方法。方法采用全自动流动注射分析仪,对水样中的挥发酚进行方法学实验,选择出最佳的实验条件。结果在最佳条件下,方法在2.0200.0μg/L的浓度范围内具有良好线性(r=0.9993),方法的检出限为0.9μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.42%,该方法用于水样检测,获得较为满意的结果,平均回收率为94.5%112.4%,与国家标准方法比较,差异无统计学意义。结论该方法准确性高,重现性强,且自动化程度适用于大批量样品的测定。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish a method for determination of hydroxybenzene in drinking water by flow injection spectrophotometry.Methods Hydroxybenzene in drinking water was determined by flow injection spectrophotometry, and the best experimental conditions were chosen for that purpose.Results In the best conditions, the linear range was 2.0-200.0 μg/L, the detection limit of the method was 0.9 μg/L, RSD of the determination of standard solution was 1.42%.The method was applied for analysis of drinking water, with satisfactory results obtained, and the average recovery was 94.5%-112.4%.The samples were determined by the proposed method and standard method.The results obtained showed no significant difference from those achieved by the international method.Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible, suitable for the determination of hydroxybenzene in drinking water.
