Building modern public health system under "Broad Perspective of Health"

Under the guidance of the idea of "Broad Perspective of Health", applying the theory on co-governance for health in combination with problems resulting from current professional refineness and linear working thinking mode, the paper suggests that corresponding improvement must be made on the traditional public health system so as to build it under the view of "Broad Perspective of Health". On this basis, the paper elaborates the constituent parts of the public health system and how in terms of its own characteristics to clear its functional positioning, then stating how under the uniformed leadership of the government to build a platform for joint action of multiple sectors and citizens and perfect the mechanism for equal negotiation among them, thus making different sectors, enterprises, civil groups and the public all take responsibilities of their own and achieve contribution and sharing by all. Through comprehensive measures, healthy China and the goal of overall health and sustainable development of society would be achieved.
