Elaboration and consideration on "Healthy Shanghai 2030" planning in the perspective of prevention and control of infectious diseases

The "Healthy Shanghai 2030" planning was officially released in September 2017.This paper elaborates the related contents concerned with the prevention and control of the infectious diseases in the "Healthy Shanghai 2030" planning, and analyzes the situation and development trend of infectious diseases in Shanghai City.It further optimizes health services from the optimization of monitoring system, improves the comprehensive early warning system, the construction of public health facilities, standardizes the management of vaccination and strengthens the prevention and control of the infectious diseases, builds healthy environment by improving public health security system, and promotes health science and technology by training and technological innovation.The recommendation provides the necessary support for maintaining the public health security, improving the health level and quality of life of the residents.
