Exploration on the clinical value of conization of cervix in 51 case of high risk trpe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

ObjectiveApproach the Clinical Value of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasi of High Risk Model (CIN II级、CIN III级) in patients treated with Conization of Cervix.MethodThe different normal information and pathologic diagnoses between the cervix biopsy and conization were retrospectively analyzed.For 51 patients with the high risk model CIN who had received Conization of Cervix by high frequency electro surgical unit in our hospital from January 1st,2006 to August 30,2008 were recorded.ResultsThe pationes of high risk model CIN usually had no clinical symptom.The mean age in this study was 38.47 years.Of the 51 patientes,35 patientes (68.63%) had the same pathologic diagnoses between the cervix biopsy and conization.The pathologic diagnoses of 13 patientes (25.49%) were degreed and 3 patientes (5.88%) were upgraded.And found 0ne invasive cancer.48 patientes'(94.12%) cervix cutting edge were negative,others were masculine.21 patientes with infectioned by HPV became negative after conization.ConclusionCorrect conization method not only could cure the high risk model CIN according with the patientes became more and more younger but also could retain the normal endocrine,sex life and breed function.Conization of Cervix is a can not be instead methods in diagnosis and treatment of high risk model CIN and can degree the infection of HPV.It is necessary screen to cervical erosion pationes in out-patient clinic and follow-up visit after Conization of Cervix.
