Analysis on the result of cervical diseases screening and its influencing factors among retired women in Changning district Shanghai city

Objective To learn the characteristic and it's influence factors of cervical diseases among retired women in Changning district.Method Study subjects were selected through sampling and data collected was through questionnaire and physical examination.Result There were 6488 retired women involving in this study. The first three cervical diseases were in order of cervical smears more than two level(19.88%), cervical polyp(5.35％) and Nabothian cysts(3.87%). More premenopausal subjects than postmenopausal subjects had cervical Nabothian cysts and hypertrophy, contrarily postmenopausal subjects had more cervical erosion. The cervical Nabothian cysts and hypertrophy in 45~ and 50~ years old group were More than other groups, otherwise the positive detection of more than two-level cervical smears in 45~, 50~and 55~ years old group were few than other groups.Conclusion The positive detection rate of cervical diseases in retired women was high. We should actively develop general survey, treatment and give related health education of cervical diseases to retired women.
