"Big testing" protects "Big Health"——Big Testing platform built in Panjin City as example

To integrate the resources of inspection and test concerned with health is an important approach for promotion of health careers and concrete embodiment of fulfilling the concept of "Big Health". Building big inspection and testing platform, Panjin government made many efforts, including precise positioning, function integration mechanism perfection, foundation consolidation, management enhancement and so on, to improve regional inspection and testing level, and to provide technical support for public health surveillance, emergency response for acute public health event, zoonosis prevention and control, food security and so on. The resources integration achieved remarkable results, thus providing important reference for nation-wide promotion of cross-industry, cross-department integration of inspection and test resources and deepening reform of the institutional mechanism in public health.
