Effects of azodicarbonamide on human health

Azodicarbonamide (ADA) is a man-made chemical being used as both food additive and industrial products, and has caused public worries about wheat products as bread in recent years. In this article, in order to assess the potential risk of ADA on human health, we reviewed literature on the physical and chemical properties of ADA, as well as its application in human lives, its metabolism and its reported health effects on human.
