Interpretation of three main indicators of the "2030 Plan for Healthy Shanghai"

The "2030 Plan for Healthy Shanghai" clearly proposes the main indicators of healthy Shanghai construction, especially adding three new ones about healthy life expectancy, premature mortality of main noncommunicable diseases, and the proportion of diagnosis stage Ⅰ in common cancer cases. The new indicators are based on mature theories and reliable experiences, promoting synthetical evaluation of the Shanghai citizen's health level, health care and health insurance.There are great challenges ahead of the new indicators, thus explicit goals, suitable policies, multi-department and social participation are needed.
