A preliminary study on community intervention mode for senile dementia in Jing′an District, Shanghai

Senile dementia, one of common chronic disease and without effective therapies till now, brings both heavy economic and nursing burdens to the family and society, especially obvious during the middle to later stages of the patients.The paper expatriated on the Community Intervention Mode for Senile Dementia in Jing′an District of Shanghai in terms of the management structure, the design of intervention, course arrangement, and the environment and facilities.It would be useful and instructive to the comprehensive community intervention of senile dementia in the future.
