Clear responsibility, press forward and standardize prevention and control-Interpretation of 《Work Specification for TB Prevention and Control in Schools of Shanghai (version 2018)》

《Work Specification for TB Prevention and Control in Schools of Shanghai (version 2018)》 was officially released in July 2018. This paper elaborates this guideline by comparing it with the national TB control guideline for school, and illustrates several key measures as special health examination for student groups from high-TB-epidemic provinces, investigation of close contacts of TB patient, and disposal of TB epidemic, unifying the understanding of the whole city in this regard and providing necessary guarantee for standard implementation of prevention and control of TB in schools.
