ObjectiveTo establish an evaluation index system for essential public health service projects, which account for 70%~80% of the community workload, in accordance with "Standard Workload Approval and Application Guidance Model of Shanghai Community Health Service Center" issued in Dec 2016 in Shanghai.
MethodsHeads of departments of Huangpu District public health professional stations set the indicator pools.By means of two rounds of Delphi expert consultation method, 18 relevant experts were invited to filter, sort and weight the indicator pools.
ResultsThrough expert consultation were obtained 8 primary indicators, 35 corresponding indicators and 151 tertiary indicators.
ConclusionThe established internal evaluation indicators can be applied to management assessment for community health service centers, promoting and improving the quality of basic public health services.
