In vitro allergy screening:from lab to regulatory toxicology

Regulatory toxicology (RT) is closely associated with economic and social conditions in each country.With rapid development of toxicology, in vitro evaluation technology competition has become more and more important.In vitro alternative methods experienced the agitation of turbulent years through basic research, scientific verification and regulatory approval.Along with the situation, the related disciplines also advanced by leaps and bounds.This paper takes in vitro allergy screening as the example, exploring the progress of the research concept of chemical safety evaluation.It is proposed to encourage active input from the state and enterprises.And it is important and urgent to make full use of the new technology to establish toxicological methods suitable for our country and in line with international standards.
