Practice and exploration in developing health emergency system in Shanghai

This article reviews the establishment and development of Shanghai health emergency system.It not only introduces the characteristic and experience of the operation mode in this sector, but also lists the major health emergency measures that Shanghai City participated after the 2003 SARS outbreak.By analyzing the chances and challenges to Shanghai health emergency system, development proposals and priorities are put forward accordingly.
