Advances in research of HPA vaccine safety

Cervical cancer is the second most common malignant tumor, which is a serious threat to women′s health.Studies have shown that persistent infection of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) is an important cause of cervical cancer.The HPV vaccine is the world′s first vaccine against cancer.With the approval of bivalent, quadrivalent and nonavalent HPV vaccine at home and abroad, the safety of this vaccine has attracted widespread attention.This article searches domestic and foreign drug supervision websites and databases, summarizes the safety research data, analyzes the research status of the safety, and provides reference for the vaccination of the vaccine and the prevention and control of cervical cancer in China.
