Food inspection and detection system in new regulatory time:Its current situation and countermeasure analysis

In recent years, more and more attentions were focused on food safety with the development of economy and improvement of living standards.Food safety regulatory model changed because of a new institutional reform of the government.Coordination and comprehensiveness were strengthened in the new regulatory reform, however a new challenge of specialty in food safety field comes out.As the technical support of food safety, food inspection and detection system should be updated in order to adapt to food safety regulatory reform, which is a new challenge.In this article, the problem of food inspection and detection system is studied in new food safety regulatory reform, and corresponding solutions are analyzed.
