Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between the serum IgG anti-A(B)of of pregnant women and the hemolytic disease of newborn. Methods From June 2012 to July 2013 were selected 350 pregnant women (type O blood)with husband-wife ABO incompatibility treated in our hospital and the relationship was analyzed between the serum IgG anti-A(B) of pregnant women and hemolytic disease of newborn. Results There were no statistical differences in IgG anti-A(B) titers distribution (P>0.05) resulting from different blood type matching of husband and wife. The incidence of the rate of hemolytic disease of newborn was increased with the higher serum IgG blood group antibody titer of pregnant women (P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between the serum IgG anti-A(B) of pregnant women and hemolytic disease of newborn.
