Health permit for barber beauty shop in Pudong New Area: Impact factor analysis on implementation of permit-notification-promise

Objective To investigate the main factors that influenced the implementation of permit-notification-promise in barber shops and beauty salons in Pudong New Area so as to work out effective intervention measures towards the impact factors.Methods The method of cluster sampling was selected to determinate samples; Single factor analysis and multi-factor Logistic regression were used in the investigation of impact factors by using SPSS 16.0 software.Results Statistical difference of promise qualified rates was found to be connected with different detection time,whether reading carefully notification-promise book or whether being trained or guided before opening(P<0.01).Conclusion The detection time, whether reading carefully notification-promise book or not and whether being trained or guided before opening are the main influencing factors on the implementation of Notification-Promise in barber shops and beauty salons. To improve the promise qualified rates of barber shops and beauty salons, first, we should standardize the detection behavior; second,we should strengthen the publicity on the importance of notification-promise book;finally, we may construct intermediary training institutions to train the practitioners never being trained or guided.
