上海市病媒生物控制30年回顾

Thirty-year review of vector control in Shanghai

  • 摘要: 病媒生物控制发展自蚊、蝇、鼠、蟑控制的除四害工作,又不限于四害控制。早在1952年上海市防疫站建立之初,上海市就开展蚊、蝇、鼠的监测。1988年到2018年的30年间本市的监测点数不断增加,蚊虫监测已覆盖全部街道(镇),增加了蚤、蜱、臭虫等其他病媒生物,监测方法更加科学规范。随着登革热等病媒生物传播疾病的频发,随着中国国际进口博览会等大型活动的增多,随着国民对健康生活需求的提高,病媒生物的监测和控制越来越受到政府和市民的关注,针对上述需求,上海市建立了病媒生物监测和应急处置体系,推广病媒生物规范控制和量化控制,提高病媒生物控制的有效性,将病媒生物密度维持在较低水平。

     

    Abstract: Vector control is developed from the elimination of the four pests (mosquitoes, flies, rats and cockroaches), but not limited to these four.Since Shanghai Epidemic Prevention Station was established in 1952, the monitoring of mosquitoes, flies and rats has begun.In the 30 years from 1988 to 2018, the number of monitoring points kept increasing; mosquito monitoring covered all subdistrict (towns) with the monitoring of fleas, ticks, bedbugs and other vectors added; and monitoring methods have been becoming more scientific and standardized.With the frequent occurrence of vector-borne diseases such as Dengue fever, with the increase of large-scale activities such as the China International Import Expo, as well as with the increasing demand for healthy living, vector monitoring and control are attracting more and more attention from the government and the public.In response to this demand and concern, a vector monitoring and emergency response system has been established in Shanghai to popularize the standard and quantitative control of vector, improving the effectiveness of vector control, and maintaining vector density at a low level.
