上海市健康服务业监管机制探讨——基于卫生监督视角

Regulatory mechanism of health service industry in Shanghai based on perspective of health supervision

摘要: 在前期梳理当前健康服务业发展特征、未来发展趋势以及新业态模式发展现况的基础上，该文立足于卫生监督视角，从监管理念、监管目标、监管底线、监管对象、监管范围、监管内容、监管方法等方面进一步探讨健康服务业的综合监管机制，以期促进健康服务业可持续规范化发展，为更好地满足人民群众多样化的健康服务需求提供借鉴。

Abstract: Based on analyses of development characteristics, new format and future trend of health service industry, this paper discusses the regulatory mechanism, including its concept, goal, baseline, object, content, and methodology, in order to achieve the sustainable and harmonious development of health service industry.
