1例疑似接种肺炎疫苗发生吉兰-巴雷综合征老年死亡病例的调查

Pneumonia vaccination followed by death due to Guillain-Barré syndrome: a case report

摘要: 分析讨论1例疑似接种肺炎疫苗发生吉兰-巴雷综合征老年死亡病例的调查诊断，提出该病例不能完全排除疫苗接种与吉兰-巴雷综合征之间的相关性。但此次事件的诊断结果应更倾向于偶合症，可为今后类似病例调查诊断提供参考。

Abstract: A case report of pneumonia vaccination followed by death due to Guillain-Barré syndrome was fully presented and discussed. The association between the vaccination and Guillain-Barré syndrome could not be completely ruled out; however, the diagnosis of coincidental event was preferred, which may provide a reference for future similar case investigation.
