欧洲全球健康学位教育的发展历程、特点及启示

Global health degree education in Europedevelopmentcharacteristicsand implications

  • 摘要: 经过多年发展,欧洲在全球健康学科建设与学位教育方面积累了丰富经验,为培养兼具全球视野与实践能力的全球健康领域人才奠定了坚实基础。欧洲高校在课程建设与资源整合上的持续探索和创新,更为构建完善的全球健康学位教育体系提供了重要参考。本文梳理了欧洲医学类学科QS世界大学排名约前100位的13所代表性院校和2个高校联盟全球健康学位项目。结果发现,欧洲全球健康学位教育具有项目类型多元且学制紧凑、注重“跨学科、多领域”融合教学、依托高校联盟实现资源共享以及提供广泛实习就业机会的特点。据此,本文提出对中国未来全球健康学位教育的启示:提供多样化学位项目,满足不同群体需求;加强跨学科融合教学,提升实践教学水平;构建教学资源共享平台,促进国际交流合作。

     

    Abstract: After years of development, Europe has accumulated extensive experience in the discipline development and global health degree education, laying a strong foundation for cultivating professionals with a global perspective and practical competencies. European universities have continuously explored and innovated in curriculum development and resource integration, offering valuable insights into establishing a comprehensive global health degree education system. This study reviews global health degree programs at 13 representative universities (ranked approximately among the top 100 medical schools in the QS World University Rankings) and two university alliances in Europe. The results of analysis reveals several key features of global health degree education in Europe, such as a wide variety of program types with shorter program durations, strong emphasis on interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral integration in teaching, resource sharing through university alliances, and extensive internship and employment opportunities. These findings offer the following implications for the development of global health degree education in China: providing diversified degree programs to meet the needs of different groups; strengthening interdisciplinary teaching to enhance the quality of practical education; and establishing platforms for shared teaching resources to promote international exchange and cooperation.
