摘要:
目的分析上海市甘泉社区居民2014-2016年大肠癌筛查情况，为今后大肠癌筛查提供基础数据。
方法采用问卷调查及便隐血检测（FOBT）对甘泉社区6 480名50~74岁居民进行大肠癌初筛，对初筛出的高危人群建议至定点医院进行电子结肠镜检查。
结果初筛出高危人群1 751人，阳性率为27.02%，其中708人进行了电子结肠镜检查，检查率为40.43%，检查结果癌前病变171人，检出率为24.15%，大肠癌12人，检出率为185.19/10万。
结论大肠癌筛查项目对于大肠癌的早期发现及早期治疗有积极作用，在今后的筛查工作中要加大电子结肠镜检查的宣教力度，提高电子结肠镜检查的顺应性。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze 2014-2016 screening of colorectal cancer in residents in Ganquan community of Shanghai and to provide scientific basis for future work.
MethodsA total of 6 480 residents aged from 50 to 74 in Ganquan community were preliminarily screened by means of questionnaire survey and fecal occult blood test (FOBT).We suggested the high-risk group found in screening should be examined by electronic colonoscopy.
ResultsA series of 1 751 cases were found in screening as the high-risk group and the positive rate was 27.02%.In the high-risk group, 708 cases were examined by colonoscopy and the positive rate was 40.43%.Precancerous cases were 171 and the positive rate was 24.15%.Cases of colorectal cancer were 12 and the positive rate was 185.19/10⁵.
ConclusionQuestionnaire survey, FOBT and electronic colonoscopy make good contribution to early detection and treatment of colorectal cancer.To improve obedience for electronic colonoscopy, it is necessary to strengthen the health education of electronic colonoscopy in future work.
