上海市松江区居民2007年与2012年膳食结构和健康状况比较

Comparative analysis on residents'dietary structure and health status in 2007 and 2012 in Songjiang District of Shanghai

    目的了解2007、2012年上海市松江区居民的膳食与健康状况,为开展营养教育和营养改善工作提供依据。
    方法通过整理松江区2007、2012年开展的“上海市居民营养与健康状况调查”资料,统计分析居民平均每标准人日各类食物摄入量和膳食结构及其健康状况变化。
    结果2012年松江区居民平均每标准人日谷薯类、水果类、奶及奶制品、大豆及坚果类的摄入量比2007年均有所增加,蔬菜、畜禽肉类及水产品类均有所减少,畜禽肉类减幅最大,从137.4 g减至78.8 g,更接近推荐摄入量。除了维生素C和膳食纤维,居民能量及营养素摄入量均有减少,脂肪的供能比呈升高趋势。15岁及以上居民高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症检出率皆有所上升。
    结论目前松江区居民膳食结构仍然存在不合理现象,高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等营养相关性疾病呈明显上升趋势。应开展有针对性的多种形式的营养宣教以指导人群建立合理膳食的健康观念,养成良好生活习惯,促进健康。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveTo investigate the dietary pattern and health status of residents in Songjiang District, Shanghai from 2007 to 2012 and provide basis for nutrition education and nutrition improvement.
    MethodsData were systemized from "Health and Nutrition Survey among Residents in Shanghai", which was carried out in Songjiang District in 2007 and 2012. Statistical analysis was made on average every standard person daily intake of various foods, dietary pattern and change of health status.
    ResultsThe average every standard person daily intake of cereal foods, fruits, milk, beans and nuts increased as compared with those in 2007, while the intake of vegetables, aquatic products, livestock and poultry meat decreased from 2007 to 2012 in Songjiang District. And the intake of the livestock and poultry meat declined the most (from 137.4 g to 78.8 g), that was closer to the recommended intake. Residents'intake of energy and nutients both decreased except dietary fiber and VitC, and the proportion of energy supply with carbohydrates had an increasing trend while the fat for energy supply a rising trend. The prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure and diabetes for residents aged 15 and above were on the rise.
    ConclusionThe dietary pattern of residents in Songjiang District has been with irrationality and nutrition related diseases such as hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure and diabetes has had a remarkably rising trend. Specific and various nutrition education should be carried out to promote the establishment of rational diet concepts and to improve the residents'health level.
