Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the differences in pregnancy care and pregnancy outcomes in the pregnant women before and after the adjustment of fertility policy, and to provide a basis for better protection of maternal and child health.
MethodsA total of 27 862 cases were collected in Songjiang District MCH during 2014-2016, and the pregnancy outcomes of these pregnant women were analyzed.
ResultsIt was found that during the 3 years the young pregnant women dropped in number from 0.69% to 0.34% and the elder ones rose from 5.16% to 9.99%;the proportion of repeated C-section due to "previous C-section" rose from 29.4% to 43.52%;the proportions rose of preeclampsia and eclampsia, gestational diabetes, gestational anemia and postpartum hemorrhage.
ConclusionWith the adjustment of fertility policy, cumulative release of demand for fertility, the proportion of elderly maternal age is increased, and the service quality and service resources for maternal and child health are facing new challenges.
