PM2.5对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的影响

Impact of PM2.5 on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

  • 摘要: 细颗粒物(PM2.5)可随着呼吸活动深达肺泡并沉积, 甚至穿过气血屏障进入血液循环。PM2.5可导致气道炎症加重, 进而引起慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD), 造成COPD患者生活质量下降和死亡率增加, 它作为重要的公共卫生问题越来越受到重视。本文概括PM2.5对AECOPD影响的流行病学研究进展, 包括高危人群及季节特点等, 并就PM2.5致AECOPD的机制进行阐述, 提出预防和应对的策略。

     

    Abstract: Fine particulate matter (PM2.5) may deposit in the alveoli through inhalation, and even penetrate the air-blood barrier into blood circulation. Therefore, it may induce the aggravation of airway inflammation and result in the development of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). It has become an important public health problem due to the decline of quality of life and the increase of mortality of COPD patients. Herein, we summarize the progress of epidemiological studies about the impact of PM2.5 on AECOPD, including characteristics of high-risk groups and seasonal variation. Meanwhile, the mechanisms of AECOPD induced by PM2.5 are also described, and the strategies of prevention proposed.
