Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the intervention effect of Qingfeiyihuo capsule on rats' pulmonary inflammation damage induced by fine particulate matter (PM2.5).
MethodsForty-two healthy adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups:blank group: saline group, intervening control group, PM2.5-exposure group, and intervening groups (low, moderate and high-dose).The levels of ACP, AKP, LDH, TP, ALB, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and HS-CRP in brouchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were analyzed.
ResultsThe levels of ACP, AKP, LDH, TP, ALB, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and HS-CRP in the PM2.5-exposure group were higher than those in the saline group, whose differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The levels of ACP, AKP, LDH, TP, ALB, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and HS-CRP in the intervening groups were lower than those in the PM2.5-exposure group with statistical significances (P < 0.05).
ConclusionsQingfeiyihuo capsule may reduce the pulmonary inflammation damage induced by PM2.5.
