Survey analysis on depressive symptoms in certified disabled persons in Jinshan Industrial Zone, Shanghai

摘要:
目的了解上海市金山工业区持证残疾人的抑郁症状，为探讨社区层面心理康复提供依据。
方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)，通过普查的方式调查上海市金山工业区持证残疾人的抑郁情况。
结果社区残疾人抑郁症状检出率为57.55%，其中以轻度为主38.79%。
结论该社区残疾人的抑郁症状检出率相对较高，应在提供康复服务时针对重点人群进行个性化的心理干预，改善残疾人的心理健康水平。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the detection status of the depressive symptoms in certified disabled persons in Jingshan Industrial Zone so as to provide basis for their psychological rehabilitation.
Methods By means of general survey, the Self-rating Depressive Scale (SDS) was used to investigate the depressive status of disabled persons in Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Zone.
Results The detection rate of depressive symptoms in certified disabled persons was 57.55%, of which 38.79% was mainly mild depression symptoms.
Conclusion The depression detection rate in persons with disabilities is relatively high in the community, so the community health personnel should take individual psychological intervention measures in providing rehabilitation services for focus groups, so as to improve mental health of disabled persons.
