浙江省缙云县人感染H7N9禽流感1例报道

One patient infected with H7N9 avian influenza in Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province

  • 摘要:
    目的通过分析1例人感染H7N9禽流感患者的流行病学特征,为防控人感染H7N9禽流感提供参考依据。
    方法对患者、密切接触者和涉禽场所进行流行病学调查,采集呼吸道样品和外环境样品,采用荧光PCR方法检测H7N9病毒核酸。
    结果患者黄某2017年5月20日发病,24日确诊为人感染H7N9禽流感;患者发病前有活禽接触史与农贸市场暴露史;外环境多份样品中检出H7N9阳性;14名密切接触者均未出现急性呼吸道感染症状。
    结论活禽接触和暴露于有活禽交易的农贸市场是人感染H7N9禽流感的高危因素之一,建议加强农贸市场的卫生管理和消毒工作。

     

    Abstract:
    ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 1 recent case of human H7N9 avian influenza, and to provide reference for the prevention and control of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza.
    MethodsEpidemiological investigation was done on patients, close contacts and wading places, collecting samples and environmental samples of respiratory tract, detecting H7N9 virus DNA by fluorescent PCR method.
    ResultsPatient Hwang had onset on May 20, 2017, and on May 24 was diagnosed with human infection with H7N9 avian influenza; before the onset Hwang had a history of contact with live poultry and exposure with farmers market; and in his environment were found multiple H7N9 positive samples; 14 close contacts did not present with symptoms of acute respiratory tract infection.
    ConclusionLive poultry exposure and exposure to live poultry trading market proves to be a high risk factor for human infection with H7N9 avian influenza, and it is recommended to strengthen the hygiene management and disinfection work in the farmers′ market.
