上海市静安区老年失智社区干预模式初探

A preliminary study on community intervention mode for senile dementia in Jing′an District, Shanghai

摘要: 老年失智是老年常见的慢性病之一，目前尚无有效的治疗方法，中晚期患者对家庭和社会均带来巨大的经济负担和照料压力。该文从项目的管理架构、干预设计、干预内容和环境设施等方面介绍了上海市静安区老年失智非药物干预模式，为探索老年失智社区综合防治提供了经验和思路。

Abstract: Senile dementia, one of common chronic disease and without effective therapies till now, brings both heavy economic and nursing burdens to the family and society, especially obvious during the middle to later stages of the patients.The paper expatriated on the Community Intervention Mode for Senile Dementia in Jing′an District of Shanghai in terms of the management structure, the design of intervention, course arrangement, and the environment and facilities.It would be useful and instructive to the comprehensive community intervention of senile dementia in the future.
