运用现代信息技术加强餐饮企业食品安全风险甄别的探索

Modern information technology applied to strengthen food safety risk identification in catering enterprises

  • 摘要: 上海市食品药品监督管理局在餐饮环节的食品安全监管中探索基于大数据分析、人工智能等现代信息技术手段的精细化监管新模式。本文介绍通过现代信息技术手段,甄别餐饮环节食品安全高风险违法行为、高风险餐饮企业及行业,提高食品安全科学化、精细化、智能化监管水平所做的研究与探索。

     

    Abstract: Shanghai FDA has explored new meticulous supervision mode via modern information technology means in managing food safety in the food service industry, such as data mining, artificial intelligence and etc.To enhance the level of scientific, meticulous and intelligent management on food safety, Shanghai FDA started various exploratory practices.The article introduces the exploratory practices in identification of high risk illegal behaviors and high risk enterprises in food service industry via modern information technology.
