Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the relevant factors for osteoporosis fracture in the elderly.
MethodsThrough questionnaire investigation in Shanghai Fenglin Community health service center were investigated 118 cases of non-fracture osteoporosis and 82 cases of osteoporotic fractures.
ResultsSenile osteoporosis fracture proved to be related to age, gender, body mass, occupation, dietary pattern, exercise mode, fragility fracture history and family history.
ConclusionCorrect form of exercise and balanced diet should be advocated. And avoiding low body mass is very important in reduction of the incidence of osteoporosis fracture.
